Malaysia's FEI World Endurance
Championships hit the streets in style with a 48 horse parade through
the centre of Kuala Lumpur this morning. The marching contingent of 48
horses was made up of Polis di-Raja Malaysia and DBKL's Mounted Units, and
some of Malaysia's Endurance Team. They were accompanied by police
outriders and two marching bands. |

The FEI World Endurance Championship 2008 will meet the public this Saturday
when a parade of 48 horses will ride through downtown Kuala Lumpur to Dataran
Merdeka. The parade will leave Taman Tasek Titiwangsa at 9:30 am and should
arrive at Dataran Merdeka at approximately 10:30 am, where they will be met by
KDYMM Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, the 13th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia. |

-- Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Saturday led the challenge
in the second circuit of the Malaysian Endurance Championship at the Terengganu
International Endurance Park in Lembah Bidong near here. |

Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku
Mizan Zainal Abidin qualified for this year's world endurance championship to be
held in Terengganu when he completed the gruelling Nanango three-Star 160km
International Endurance ride near Kingaroy in Queensland, yesterday. |

Here is some
quick information about the endurance ride that was held at the end of March at
the Terengganu International Endurance Park. It was part of the FEI/EAM/ISN
Malaysia Endurance Circuit, the first event of a series. |
